Cancellation Policy

All digital product sales (e.g., PDFs, recorded courses, templates, e-books) are final. Due to the nature of digital delivery, these purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

  • Consultations (Live Astrology/Numerology/Palmistry Sessions):
    • Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
    • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
    • In special circumstances, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted at our discretion.
  • Note: Payment gateway charges (approximately 2–3%) are non-refundable under any condition.
  • Webinars & Workshops:
    • Cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund (minus payment gateway charges).
    • No refunds will be issued after the 48-hour window.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate Payments: If you are charged more than once for the same service, the additional amount will be refunded after verification.
  2. Failed Delivery: If you do not receive access to a digital product or service within 24 hours, contact us. We will ensure delivery or issue a refund.
  3. Incorrect Product Received: If a product different from what you ordered is delivered, we will either replace it or refund the amount.
  4. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for change of mind or confusion. Clients are advised to review all product/service details carefully before purchase.

Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
  • Bank or gateway processing times may vary depending on your provider.
